Management team

Budenheim has global and local management teams. Budenheim's Executive Committee is made up of the two managing board members, the Business Unit Vice Presidents as well as the Heads of Supply Chain & Quality and Systems & Digitalization. The executive committee has two main tasks: Firstly, it links the overall strategy to the Business Unit strategies, plant strategies and the functional strategies of the service units. And secondly, it decides upon organisational framework conditions to enable strategy implementation.

The Global Management Team is made up of the Executive Committee members, the heads of the Business Lines, the managing boards of sister companies and the managers of the main service units. The Global Management Team is responsible for the short and mid-term implementation of strategies, and, therefore, for quantitative and qualitative planning and execution, too.
The sister companies have managing boards. The 'on-site team' is responsible for plant structures, the observance of Budenheim standards and the improvement of customer processes.
