Wet pet food

Wet food consists mostly of meat, and can be mixed with vegetables, rice, cereals or pasta. It contains up to 65 per cent water and is easily digestible due to its nutrient content and moisture levels. Phosphates are used here to achieve a juicy yet firm consistency, as well as for nutrient enrichment and stabilisation.
